His projects include Macquarie Bank’s fitout in Martin Place, Royal Adelaide Hospital, Barangaroo Towers, Commonwealth Bank of Australia Darling Quarter and IKEA Tempe. Knight Frank has promoted its Asia Pacific head of capital markets, Neil Brookes, to head up the global role. Based in Singapore, Brookes is the first global appointment for Knight Frank outside the UK. Over the last 15 years Brookes has brokered more than US$8.5 billion in cross-border transactions and major asset sales.
