Long-time Frasers Property Australia marketing guru Lisa McCutchion takes up a new challenge with REMONDIS Australia, Eamon Waterford joins Investment NSW and ServiceFM is formed from a merger.

One of the property industry’s best marketers is now working for one of the world’s largest recycling, service and water companies. Lisa McCutchion has taken up the role of national marketing manager at REMONDIS Australia, which currently employs around 800 people and boasts a fleet of more than 500 waste collection and transport vehicles. McCutchion spent the last 13 years at Frasers Property Australia, most recently as general manager for innovation, communication and sustainability. She has been joined by Helen McCarthy, who moves across from Veolia, as national environment and sustainability manager.

Eamon Waterford was recently hired for the new role as chief advisor for Investment NSW. Waterford has spent the last six years with the Committee for Sydney, the last two as deputy CEO and director of policy. The new ‘super agency’ is being led by CEO Amy Brown, who was previously a partner in infrastructure advisory with PwC and has held senior strategy roles for the NSW Department of Premier and Cabinet.

Commercial cleaning firm Academy Services, electrical compliance company eSafe and facilities maintenance firm Universal FM have merged to form a new company: ServiceFM. CEO James Pollock says the transformation was prompted by a desire from clients across the nation for the consolidation of service providers and greater transparency.

Stonebridge Property Group has expanded its Melbourne team by appointing Max Warren as manager for the city fringe market. Warren, formerly with Aston Commercial, will work alongside Dylan Kilner, who also joined Stonebridge earlier this year. Stonebridge has made several recent hires including Rorey James, Nic Hage and Kate Johnston.

Industry veteran Lisa Pennell has joined real estate franchise Harcourts in the new role of chief operations officer Australia. Pennell, who was head of marketing for Ray White, joins new starts Christian Hamilton who heads up auctions and Karmen Costigan as head of property management.
