Retail specialist mainbrace recruits Brad De Vincentis, Kirby Rees and Richard Wineman join architects GroupGSA and Joe Phegan is appointed managing director of Savills in Victoria.
Brad De Vincentis has stepped into the role of Victoria state manager for retail specialist Mainbrace Constructions. De Vincentis will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of the company’s Victorian business. Most recently with Harris HMC and previously with Built, De Vincentis has been instrumental in the successful delivery of numerous complex and high-profile projects including refurbishments within Melbourne Airport, Flinders Street Station, Palais Theatre, Southern Cross Station and the State Library of Victoria.
Architects firm GroupGSA has two new principals: Kirby Rees in Sydney and Richard Weinman in Melbourne. Rees has held roles with Roberts Co, Laing O’Rourke and BVN, working on diverse projects across commercial, civic, heritage, education, hotels and technical facilities. Weinman has spent 25 years working across a broad spectrum of sectors, including residential, hotels and commercial through to community and sports.
After working his way up the valuation ranks with Savills Australia, Joe Phegan has been appointed managing director in Victoria, alongside his current role as national head of valuation and advisory. The promotion recognises Phegan’s role steering his team to record revenues and new client generation.
Long-time Mirvac team member Matt Lutman is joining JLL in WA as director of tenant representation. Lutman spent 14 years in portfolio and asset management roles with Mirvac. Prior to this he held strategic advisory and transaction services roles with major corporations including the Commonwealth Bank. Lutman will work alongside Andrew Campbell and Nat Lucev in JLL’s Perth office.
McGrath has nabbed Marguerite Foxall as state manager for Victoria, as the company earmarks the southern state for future growth and expansion. Foxall was most recently network general manager for Greg Hocking Real Estate with a remit of business and network planning, technology, marketing, training and recruitment.
Todd Grima has taken a senior leader role within CBRE’s industrial and logistics tenant representation business in Victoria. Grima joined CBRE 13 years ago and rose through the ranks from sales assistant to director.
