Comprising workshops, online learning and Industry Diploma courses, the Property Council's Academy provides the resources to enhance the professional lives of anyone with an interest in the property industry

The Property Council of Australia’s professional development provider, the Property Council Academy, for the first time is now offering its tailored in-house courses and industry diplomas in Perth.

In-house courses offer bespoke professional development for organisations, while industry diplomas provide multi-day, in-depth insights into specific industry segments.

Property Council Academy Director Kelly Jones said the Academy looks forward to bringing its offerings to the Perth market.

“With a dedicated staff member now based in Perth, we’re excited to deliver specialised training directly to our members’ teams,” Ms Jones said.

“The Property Council Academy is committed to providing tailored, on-site courses and industry diplomas across Perth, supporting local organisations’ professional development.

“Whether you’re looking to refine a technical skill, enhance your industry knowledge or develop your leadership capabilities, our Academy is the perfect starting point,” she said.

The Property Council Academy team recently worked with WA-based property group Hawaiian to tailor the Operations and Facilities Management Industry Diploma to the Perth market.

WA Property Council President and Hawaiian COO Richard Kilbane said the industry diploma equipped Hawaiian employees with skills to elevate their professional capabilities.

“Supporting staff with professional development opportunities is crucial for fostering a great workforce where people can learn and grow,” Mr Kilbane said.

“We were thrilled to collaborate with the Property Council Academy to deliver a tailored Industry Diploma that meets the unique needs of our staff and the wider Perth industry,” he said.
