Following fast growth, Centuria Capital Group has appointed Jason Huljich as joint CEO alongside John McBain. Ross Lees will step into the role as head of funds management.

Centuria Capital Group has announced two internal promotions. Jason Huljich, previously head of real estate and funds management, will join John McBain as co-CEO of the group. A founder of Centuria, Huljich has worked alongside McBain for 21 years. Centuria’s fund manager for its industrial REIT, Ross Lees, will step into Huljich’s role as head of funds management. Lees was previously an asset and acquisitions manager at Dexus, head of asset management at LOGOS Group and a capital transaction manager with Stockland. Centuria Capital now has more than $6.0 billion in assets under management, following the move into healthcare real estate in April with the acquisition of a controlling stake in the Heathley healthcare fund management platform.

Melbourne-based urban planning firm Hansen Partnership has appointed three new partners: Gerhana Waty, Jane Keddie and Andrew Partos. Waty and Keddie have been with the multidisciplinary firm for seven and nine years, respectively. Partos previously held roles as principal of Equinox design Group and as a senior urban designer with VicUrban.
