Avenor grows its team with the appointment of senior project manager Andrew Kyriacou. Meanwhile Donald Cant Watts Corke opens a Newcastle office to be lead by Christopher Long.
Sydney-based property development firm Avenor continues its growth with the appointment of Andrew Kyriacou, formerly of AECOM Australia and multinational investment firm Mulpha Australia, to its development and project management arm. Avenor has been at the centre of some of Australia’s largest development projects including Australian Unity’s $1 billion Herston Quarter project in Brisbane and the establishment of Macquarie Bank’s Martin Place integrated station development. As its headcount grows, Avenor has relocated to a new head office at 15 Castlereagh Street, Sydney.
Quantity surveying and project management firm Donald Cant Watts Corke has opened a Newcastle office, increasing its network to nine national offices. Associate director Christopher Long will lead the Newcastle office, and has driven the delivery of several healthcare and education projects, as well as the Regis Aged Care Elermore Vale and Club Maitland City.
