Emma Woodhouse joins Salta Properties, Bob Quirk takes on supply chain for Savills and Luke Billiau will head up JLL’s sales and investments team in NSW.
Emma Woodhouse has joined Salta Properties in the new position of chief operating officer. Woodhouse will oversee development, project and asset management, marketing and the company’s new industrial construction division. Woodhouse was most recently a development director for Lendlease in Victoria, overseeing a wide portfolio of projects.
Bob Quirk is Savills’ new supply chain director based in Victoria. Quirk 
has more than four decades of experience in global supply chain, logistics and project management with companies including CEVA Logistics, KPMG, XAct Solutions, BAX Global, Kmart and the Royal Australian Air Force. Quirk will be responsible for establishing, growing and delivering a new supply chain consulting capability within the agency in Australia and New Zealand.
Senior JLL capital markets executive Luke Billiau has been promoted to head up the New South Wales sales and investments team. Billiau replaces Paul Noonan, who was recently appointed as JLL’s Queensland managing director. During his 12-year career at JLL, Billiau has been a senior director in Brisbane’s brokerage team and made his name advising the top capital as a director of valuations and advisory. He’s worked on some of Brisbane’s most complex office sales, including the landmark 400 George Street and 80 Ann Street.
In other JLL news, the Victorian sales and investment team has appointed James Thorpe and Steve Kelly, who move across from Knight Frank. Together, the pair have a combined 26 years of property industry experience. Thorpe brings hands-on industry experience with six years running his own development business. Kelly has strong links to the Asian property community following three years in Malaysia.
Accountancy firm HLB Mann Judd Sydney has appointed four new directors: Vanessa Abboud, James Friend, Matthew Levesque-Hocking and Amanda Sweeting. It’s a dedicated team at HLB Mann Judd. Abboud and Sweeting have both been with the firm for 11 years, Levesque-Hocking for 14, and Friend for nearly seven.
Arcadis has hired Anthony Lusher as principal environmental consultant. Lusher, who has spent more than a decade in environmental research, assessments and approvals, most recently worked for Lendlease on WestConnex, one of NSW’s largest infrastructure projects.
Global real estate franchise Harcourts International has appointed a new CEO, Steve Caradoc-Davies, to oversee the 900-office network and 10,000 staff in nine countries. Caradoc-Daviess steps into the shoes of Mike Green, who will continue to sit on the board of directors. The Group achieved a combined $35 billion in sales last year.
