Mainbrace bolsters its interiors team with two key appointments: Craig Dunlop and Shaun Martin. Telco specialist Kate McKenzie joins the Stockland board, while Mark Bhardwaj joins flexible workspace provider IWG.

Mainbrace Interiors, the fitout, rebrand, rollout, upgrade and smaller retail works arm of retail specialist Mainbrace Constructions, has announced two key appointments. Craig Dunlop, who was most recently a construction manager with Mainbrace, is now interiors manager in Victoria, and will oversee around $15 million in new interiors projects in the final quarter of 2019 alone. Shaun Martin, formerly with FDC Group for six years, joins the team as interiors manager in Queensland. Dan Morelli heads up the NSW interiors business and has been with the company for nine years.

Kate McKenzie joins the Stockland board on 2 December 2019. McKenzie’s executive career included over 30 years’ experience in the telecommunication and government sectors in Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong. She was most recently the chief executive officer of Chorus, New Zealand’s largest provider of telecommunications infrastructure. Prior to this, Ms McKenzie held several senior roles at Telstra.

Flexible workspace provider IWG has named Mark Bhardwaj head of partnership growth for its Australian franchise team. Bhardwaj was head of franchise development at Volkswagen Group Australia, head of sales and operations at Škoda Auto Australia, and general manager of business development and national franchise development Manager at Ateco Group Australia.

Founding director of McGregor Coxall, Adrian McGregor, is handing over the reins as CEO, after appointing George Panos as the design firm’s new chief executive officer. A qualified accountant, lawyer and MBA, Panos was most recently at Architectus. McGregor will focus his energies in a new role as global director of design. Philip Coxall will continue in his role as chairman and director.

Real Asset Management Group has expanded its now 11-strong Brisbane-based RAM Australia Property Services team with two key appointments. Andrew Rojek joins as an analyst from Colliers International, where he was head of market intelligence for Western Canada. Prior to this, Rojek was a senior analyst with JLL in Brisbane. Chris Singh joins the team as an analyst. Singh was previously a land economist and valuer with Chesterton Corporate Property Advisors. The $350 million RAM Australia Retail Property Fund has a portfolio of 11 neighbourhood and convenience-based shopping centres on Australia’s eastern seaboard.
