Knight Frank grows its occupier services team with two key appointments in Vishwesh Sathi and Bret Madden. Meanwhile David Alessi joins interior refurbishment and construction firm INTREC.
Knight Frank has made two key appointments in its occupier services team. Viswesh Sathi has moved into the role of partner and national head of occupier services after being promoted from his role as director of strategic advisory, which he took on six months ago. Sathi replaces Dermot Lowry, who is leaving Knight Frank to pursue other opportunities. Sathi, who will be based in Sydney, has held roles with JLL and more recently with WeWork.
Bret Madden is Knight Frank’s national head of portfolio management. In this new role, Madden will return to Knight Frank’s Perth office after a two-year hiatus. Madden previously led occupier services for Knight Frank in Western Australia for 11 years, and was most recently responsible for the agency’s occupier accounts for Asia Pacific, based in Singapore. CEO Rod Leaver says the appointments have been made at a time when demand for advisory was “perhaps the highest it has ever been”.
David Alessi has joined the team at interior refurbishment and construction firm INTREC as its pre-construction manager. Based in Sydney, Alessi has more than 30 years of industry experience, most recently as business development manager with Icon. He ran his own project and development management consultancy for 14 years, and has held roles with St Hilliers, Hindmarsh and Greenpoint.
