Frasers Property Australia promotes Tod O’Dwyer, Avenor appoints Josh Finnegan and Crystal Fire Services welcomes Matt Hardy.
Tod O’Dwyer as Frasers Property Australia’s new general manager for residential in Western Australia. O’Dwyer has more than 30 years of experience in the residential development sector, primarily in development of masterplanned communities. Prior to joining Frasers Property a decade ago, he worked with Delfin Lend Lease for 17 years in Queensland and Victoria. He has relocated to Perth from Melbourne, where he has held the role of general manager for development and design for the past nine years. Frasers Property is progressing several major residential projects in WA, with a development pipeline valued at approximately $925 million.
Property development, investment and services firm Avenor has appointed Josh Finnegan to the role of project manager. Finnegan spent the last four years with Icon Project Management working on a wide range of asset classes including large-scale high-end residential developments, commercial office fit-outs, hospitality fit-outs and affordable housing developments.
Crystal Fire Services has welcomed a new team member to its inspection and testing team. Matt Hardy joins as a senior panel technician.
