Lendlease’s long-time head of sustainability, Rowan Griffin, has a new gig with HMC Capital, Jack McCormack joins CBRE and residential developer Sunland restructures its board.

Rowan Griffin has a new gig as head of sustainability at HMC Capital. Formerly Home Consortium, this ASX-listed fund manager aims to increase its assets under management to $10 billion by 2024. Griffin was head of sustainability for Lendlease’s Australian property arm for more than seven years.

Jack McCormack has joined CBRE’s Sunshine Coast industrial and logistics leasing team as a manager for advisory and transaction services. Moving across from Colliers, where he was an industrial sales and leasing executive based in Brisbane, McCormack has also held accountancy roles with Prosperity Advisors and Mobbs and Company.

Residential developer Sunland is restructuring its board, with directors Rebecca Frizelle and Vahid Saberi to step down. The restructure aims to reduce the group’s overhead expenses, to better align with the size of operations, and in response to an increased net profit of $35.9 million for six months to 31 December. The remuneration of chairman Sohiel Adedian and managing director Sahba Abedian will be reduced to reflect a three-day working week.
