Goodman Group announces that Rebecca McGrath, Independent Non-Executive Director, has advised the Goodman Board of her desire to forwards her retirement from the board from the 2024 AGM to February 28, 2023 in order to meet her increasing responsibilities with other firms.
The Board has requested long-serving director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee, Phil Pryke, to stand for re-election at this year’s AGM to assist retain expertise and experience on the Board. Pryke intends to step down from the Board during his second term after ensuring a seamless transition for a new Remuneration Committee Chair.
Elana Rubin AM has been appointed to the Board of Dexus Funds Management Limited (DXFM) as an independent non-executive director, beginning September 28, 2022.
Rubin has substantial expertise in the technology, finance, real estate, and government industries. Her non-executive directorships include public and private firms, as well as traditional and disruptive businesses.
