Newly rebranded Region Group has appointed Evan Walsh as Chief Financial Officer.
Mr Walsh is currently the Head of Finance and Technology at RGN and has been with RGN since 2021.
Mr Walsh is well credentialed for the CFO role having previously held a number of senior financial positions with Charter Hall and AMP Capital.
Greg Inkson, who has been acting as Interim CFO since August 2022, will remain with RGN in the role of Head of Corporate Finance.
Meanwhile, Antoinette (Toni) Milis has been appointed as Non-Executive Director of RGN.
Anita Hoskins has been appointed as the new General Manager of Real Utilities. Currently the Chief Financial Officer of Frasers Property Australia, Ms Hoskins will continue in this role while also assuming the leadership of Real Utilities, to take the carbon neutral energy business through its next growth phase.
Ms Hoskins takes over as General Manager from Paolo Bevilacqua, who has been appointed Group Head of Sustainability for the Singapore-headquartered multinational real estate company Frasers Property.
Mr Bevilacqua will remain on the Board of Real Utilities, for the team to continue to leverage his knowledge and experience.
Qualitas Limited has announced a newly created position within its investment team, the Head of Income Credit, and the appointment of Mark Power to the role. He will report into Qualitas’ Global Head of Real Estate and Co-Founder, Mark Fischer.
Mark joined Qualitas in 2017 from NAB where he was Director, Corporate Property and has more than 30 years of experience in real estate finance.
Cushman & Wakefield has announced the appointment of Craig Townsend as Associate Director – Client Services, Project & Development Services, based in WA.
Kate Holdgrove has been announced as the acting CEO of Perth Airport.
Matt Bourne has been appointed as CEO at Roberts Co.
Over at JLL in WA, there has been a number of promotions in the Property and Asset Management team.
