Marni Lawson has joined Burgess Rawson as its new national Head of Asset Management to be based in Melbourne.
Her career spans almost two decades at CBRE managing the Victorian ING Industrial portfolio, Airservices Australia and most recently as Head of Property for Lawson Real Estate.
Goodman Group has appointed Sydney-based Belinda Robson, as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Goodman and Goodman Funds Management. Her appointment will be effective from 1 March 2023 following Rebecca McGrath’s retirement on 28 February 2023.

Based in Sydney, Mr Clifford will drive the business’s sustainability strategy within the region, leading a team of 60-plus sustainability and environment, social and governance (ESG) professionals providing advisory, certification, reporting and disclosure, and asset optimization services for investor and occupier clients.
Clifford will also chair the Asia Pacific Sustainability & ESG Operations Committee and joins from JLL.
Andrew Phipps has been announced as Global Head of Sustainability Thought Leadership. Mr Phipps, who is based in London, previously led the marketing and research functions for EMEA. In his new role, he will be responsible for driving the firm’s sustainability and ESG research and thought leadership proposition and output.
