Urbis has announced a refreshed leadership team in its Western Australian Business, with Planning Director Kris Nolan moving into the Regional Director role, Tim Dawkins leading the WA planning business and Karen Wright focussing on the Public Sector.

Kris Nolan, an Urbis Partner, steps into the Regional Director role with four years leading the WA Planning team and 15 years working for the firm.

Karen Wright, a Partner of Urbis for 10 years, has previously held the Regional Director role and will focus on growing the Government sector for the firm while Director and Partner Tim Dawkins will lead the WA Planning team.

Meanwhile, Michael Scott as joined the Urbis Perth team as Associate Director, Valuations & Advisory.

National interdisciplinary design practice Hames Sharley welcomes a new planner to its Perth Studio, Andrew Cumming, joining the Urban Development portfolio as a Principal.

Andrew’s previous work includes the Rowe Group, the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage, the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority/DevelopmentWA, the City of Subiaco, along with other consulting roles.

Burgess Rawson has appointed Donna Alexander to its national team as an Asset Manager.

Ms Alexander’s return to Burgess Rawson marks a continuation of her journey with the agency.

Moray & Agnew has announced new Partners in the firm:

  • Shaun Jackson – Shaun’s insurance expertise spans health law, public and property liability, workplace accidents and class actions.
  • Julie Ngan – Julie has significant experience in property, corporate, commercial, revenue and finance and security law.
