
Frasers Property announces that Anthony Boyd, Group Chief Operating Officer of Frasers Property Limited, will be stepping down from his role effective 4 July 2025, after more than two decades with the business.
Boyd’s career with Frasers Property began in Australia, where he held senior roles across finance, development and executive leadership.
As CEO of Frasers Property Australia from 2020 to 2024, he played a key role in the structural reorganisation of the business following the establishment of Frasers Property Industrial. In 2024, Boyd transitioned into a Group-level role as Group COO.
Centennial has hired retail and hospitality executive, Jessica Lacy to the new role of Retail Asset & Leasing Manager.
Ms Lacy, a twenty-year property industry professional, has considerable retail and hospitality asset and leasing experience having most recently managed a $2bn portfolio of hotel and shopping centre assets across the eastern states.
He past roles include a five-year role at Charter Hall as Qld Retail Development Manager, and she was part of the development team at FKP (now Aveo).
Colliers has bolstered its Queensland valuations team with two appointments, Scott Campbell as Director of Government and Legal and Owen Thorn as Senior Valuer.
Scott Campbell joins Colliers with more than 25 years of experience in the property industry, most recently serving as Head of Valuation and Professional Services at McGees Property.
Also joining from McGees Property, Owen Thorn brings more than 16 years of experience in the property sector, including seven years specialising in valuations.
Bernard Gallagher has been announced as the Managing Director of Ethos Urban.
Bernard brings nearly 30 years of expertise to the role and will continue leading the integration of Colliers and Ethos Urban.
