Hames Sharley has announced a series of internal promotions from its national team.

Noreen Byrne and Rehana Ghouze have both been promoted to Directors.

Meanwhile, Kate Hogan Gillies, Rob Corcoran, Richard Morrell and Mark Claydon have been promoted to Associate Directors.

Brigid Salter has been promoted to Senior Associate while Joanna Latoska, Despina Rossides, Paris Jacobs, Jason Lenard–Smith, Nicole Stanton and Peter Le are now Associates.

Colliers have expanded their core Residential service offerings with the launch of a dedicated Living platform, to work alongside Project Marketing and Development Sites.

Colliers Living will focus on opportunities across build-to -rent, Student accommodation, Co-Living, Land Lease Communities, and Specialised Accommodation (Key Workers, Affordable Housing, Specialist Disability Accommodation).

This initiative is led by Colliers Residential with Managing Director, Diana Sarcasmo while Robert Papaleo will become the Head of Living, Residential team.

Cushman & Wakefield is restructuring its Western Australia leadership team.

Cushman & Wakefield’s current Joint Managing Directors, Digby Sutherland and Mark Clapham, will transition into leadership roles within a newly created national business unit—the Major Projects Office.

This initiative will support clients in the planning, development, and pre-leasing of new office towers while also focusing on repositioning significant existing assets.

With Mr Sutherland and Mr Clapham transitioning into their new roles, Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Roly Egerton–Warburton as the new Managing Director for Western Australia.

Mr Egerton-Warburton, who currently heads Cushman & Wakefield’s Office Leasing division in WA, has been with the firm for 11 years, initially joining Sheffield Property before its acquisition.
