Shelter WA has announced that Kath Snell has been appointed as the new CEO. She has spent a long time of her career in the non-profit sector, most recently as CEO of United Way WA and previously as CEO of Volunteer Task Force.
CI Australia has announced seven promotions across its business:
Nick Lowry has been promoted to Metropolitan Sales Director. He has over ten years of experience in the North Shore and Sydney metro markets, where he has been a significant driver of CI’s success.
Sian Gow–Gates has been promoted to Brisbane Director. Gow-Gates joined CI in 2014 and has been instrumental in its progress. She is now responsible for delivering transactional and asset management assistance across a diversified commercial property portfolio for customers such as Airbus.
Shirley Fan has been named Associate Director and Head of the Asia Desk. Fan has been with the business since 2019 and has been crucial in the selling of several large investment properties in Sydney and the surrounding areas.
Mitch Emblen has been elevated to the position of Associate Director of Asset Management. Emblen has been with the organisation for ten years and is in charge of 100 William Street in Woolloomooloo.
Kris Jezierski has been promoted to the position of Associate Director, Portfolio Management. Jezierski joined CI in 2013 and has been instrumental in managing the property portfolio of Blacktown City Council, which comprises retail, industrial, and commercial properties.
Mat Fisk has been elevated to the position of Senior Property Manager, Asset Management. He joined CI in 2014 and oversees a wide portfolio of commercial real estate properties in Sydney CBD and North Sydney.
Sinead Duggan has been promoted to the position of PA/Office Manager. Duggan joined CI in 2018 and is responsible for leasing, sales, and property management at the North Sydney office.
Over at CBRE, James Biagioni has started a new position as Administration and Valuation Assistant.
Eleni Notaras has joined the Ray White Commercial Canberra team as a part owner, taking on the role of Director of Property Management.

Allen Jack+Cottier Founder John Allen passed away last week at the age of 95.
He is survived by his two sons, James and Hugh, five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
He was the bedrock of the practice, which became known in 1965 as Allen Jack + Cottier, with the partnership of John, Russell Jack and Keith Cottier.
