Hawaiian has announced new leadership changes and the launch of a new Community Department.

Russell Gibbs will transition to Chair of the Hawaiian Business overseeing the operations of Hawaiian

Richard Kilbane will become the new CEO after 19 years with Hawaiian, including over three years as COO. Richard is the Property Council WA Division’s Immediate Past President.

Beau Waters joins as the new COO, bringing over 20 years of experience in leadership and community advocacy. Beau has been recognised for his community work, winning the AFL’s Jim Stynes Community Award.

The new Community Department will be headed by Leah Royle, who will transition to the role of General Manager of Community.

Knight Frank has appointed Michael Kwok as Partner, Head of Capital and Strategic Advisory in ANZ, strengthening the firm’s offering in the sector.

He moves to Knight Frank following five and a half years at the boutique Archerfield Property Group, where he was in the role of Executive Director. Prior to that, Michael held roles at Dexus, Valad Property Group and CFS GAM.

GHD has announced the appointment of Malcolm Dixon as the new Regional General Manager for South Queensland.

Malcolm returns to Australia after serving four years as the Regional General Manager for GHD’s Western Canada operations.

Binah has announced the appointment of Cassie Withers as New Business Manager.

Colliers announced the appointment of Tom Larwill as Head of Retail Leasing | Victoria.

Tom joined Colliers in 2021 as a Senior Executive in the retail leasing team.
