Mark Taylor will be resuming leadership as Chief Executive Officer of Taylor Construction Group as it enters its 30th year in business.

Dexus announced it has appointed Michael Sheffield as Executive General Manager, Funds Management and Jason Howes as Executive General Manager, Fund Capital & Product Development.

Both roles join the Executive Committee reporting to Group Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director, Ross Du Vernet.

Michael has more than 30 years of experience including 10 years in leadership roles at Dexus as Fund Manager of Dexus Wholesale Property Fund and more recently as Head of Diversified and Infrastructure Funds.

Jason has more than 25 years of experience in origination, capital raising and investment management in debt and equity investments across a range of assets classes.

Colliers has announced the appointment of Scott Orchard as National Director of Office Capital Markets & Investment Services, Victoria.

He has previously held leadership positions at CBRE in Melbourne after initiating his commercial property career at Cushman & Wakefield in New York.
