M3 Property has announced the appointment of Richard Ong as Head of Property Risk. 

Richard has more than 15 years’ experience in the industry in a range of roles focused on quality, quality assurance management and valuation, most recently as a Valuation Manager at NAB.

Wayne Muncaster has joined EnergyTec team as its new Head of Operations.

In this role, Wayne will oversee and support its core teams in Field Services, Client Services, Systems (ICT) and Technical Services.

With over 20 years of experience in operations and business development leadership in the UK and the US, Wayne has an extensive background in managing remote teams, scaling divisions, and driving multimillion-dollar P&Ls.

PLACE Studio has announced the appointment of Wayne Stevens as General Manager.

Wayne will oversee strategic initiatives, driving growth and operational excellence.

HMC Capital has named Sarah Hegarty as senior director of wholesale distribution.

With senior roles at Solomon’s Wealth, Ellerston Capital, and BT Investment Management, Hegarty brings extensive experience. She will focus on growth, stakeholder relationships, and the HMC Capital Partners Fund 1.
