JLL has extended its Sydney division with the addition of Sebastian Fahey as Executive, Retail Investments – Australia.
Fahey has over seven years of property sector experience and joins JLL from CBRE, where he was a Negotiator For Queensland Retail Investments.
He will be relocating to Sydney to join JLL’s Retail Investments team, where he will concentrate on neighbourhood shopping centres, service centres, large format retail, and freestanding retail properties.
Linesight recently promoted Brian Coyle to the position of Director. Coyle is a results-driven Quantity Surveyor with over 12 years of experience, and has a proven track record for enhancing value for money for his clients across all stages of projects. He is based in Sydney, and has worked across a broad spectrum of projects, including Data Centers, Life Sciences, Commercial and Retail.
At the same time, Declan Morley continues to progress his career with Linesight and has been promoted to Associate Director. He manages several key accounts and is also a Future Leader of the Year finalist in this year’s Innovation and Excellence Awards.
Maxwell Shifman has taken up the position as CEO of Intrapac Property, with Managing Director David Payes moving into the role of Executive Chairman & Founder.
Charter Keck Cramer has recruited Chris Sutton as National Director – Residential Development valuations and Mark Willers as national director – commercial valuations, both of whom will work out of the firm’s Sydney office.
Sutton has over 30 years of senior valuation and property fund management expertise, having evaluated and advised on many of Sydney’s most major residential and mixed-use development projects.
Mark Miller has also started a new role at the firm as National Director.
Knight Frank has added Luke Hayes as director of residential project sales to its residential team.
Hayes brings 10 years of residential property expertise to his new job, having specialised in residential projects while working at CBRE, McGrath Estate Agents, The Agency, and Venture Property.
Peter Roberts, an experienced commercial real estate specialist, has joined Sentinel Property Group as senior transaction manager.
Roberts has over 25 years of expertise in the property industry and was previously the director of asset management at King & Co.
Mark Fleming, CFO and executive director of SCA Property Group (SCP), has been named the retail landlord’s chief operating officer and head of finances management and strategy.
Fleming will remain an executive director but will leave his position as CFO to take on the new post at the beginning of September.
Greg Inkson will be named temporary CFO. Inkson has been with SCP since 2013 and is presently the head of corporate finance.
Rita Kash has joined Savills as the Regional Transactions and Workplace Manager Cross-Border Tenant Advisory, APAC.
Michael Shallcross has joined Mainbrace Constructions as a Senior Contract Administrator.
