PEXA Group announced that Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Glenn King had notified the Board of his intention to retire by the end of FY24-25.

Mr King joined the PEXA Group in November 2019 leading the business through the IPO in 2021 and diversification in Australia and the UK.

Mr King will stay on until a new Group MD & CEO is appointed to ensure an orderly transition to new leadership.

Laura Murray has joined URPS as a Director, based in its Melbourne office.

She is currently a Director on the National Board of the Planning Institute of Australia and a past President of the Victoria Division of PIA.

The WA Government has announced the appointment of Trish Scully as the new chief executive of Landgate for a five-year term commencing on 2 September 2024. Landgate is the statutory authority responsible for property and land information in Western Australia.

She led the Landgate project team that helped deliver $1.4 billion in value from the partial commercialisation of the agency’s automated land titling functions. More recently, Ms Scully was responsible for securing a 10-year commitment from the WA Government for Spatial WA, to deliver an Advanced Spatial Digital Twin for the State.

The SHAPE VIC Leadership Team has welcomed three new faces.

Natalie Boston has joined as a Pre-Construction Manager and Nicholas BoydTurner has joined as Project Director.

Meanwhile, Bronte Kerr steps into a new role when she returns from maternity leave. The group has also welcomed back Shevon De Alwis as its Melbourne BDM.
