Alternative real estate investment manager Qualitas has announced that Berrick Wilson has joined the firm as Co-Head of Real Estate Equity, Australia. Mr Wilson will serve as Co-Head alongside Henry Vuu and will also lead the Tactical Opportunities equity investment strategy.
Mr Wilson brings over 30 years of experience to Qualitas, most recently as a Partner in KordaMentha’s real estate business, which he co-founded.
GHD Design has welcomed Ryan Brown as Director of Architecture and Architecture Team Leader in its Perth studio.
He has over 15 years of architectural experience and is a Councillor for the Town of Claremont.

Christine McLoughlin AM has been appointed as the new chairman of Aware Super. Ms McLoughlin, who is also the Chairman of the Suncorp Group and a Director on Cochlear Limited, officially starts at the Fund on 1 October 2024. Ms McLoughlin has over 25 years’ experience in the financial services sector as both an executive and non-executive director.
Ms McLoughlin succeeds former Chair Sam Mostyn AC who stepped down in April when she was appointed Australia’s 28th Governor General.
Ingenia Communities Group has announced the appointment of John Carfi to the Board.
Mr Carfi joined the Group as Chief Executive Officer on 1 April 2024 and has now been appointed as Managing Director, extending his role through membership of the Board.
