On August 19, Nicola Grayson will step down as CEO of Consult Australia after three years in charge, during which she raised the organization’s reputation and influence and guided it through the pandemic’s uncertainty.
The Board has announced that Jonathan Cartledge will take over as Consult Australia’s new CEO on September 12.
Before Cartledge takes over, Consult Australia’s Head of Government Relations and Policy, Kristy Eulenstein, will serve as Acting CEO.
Following David Dowling’s promotion to Managing Director of Airports, AMP Capital has announced changes within its aviation infrastructure asset management team with the hiring of Dan Fitzpatrick as Investment Director.
Fitzpatrick is leaving North Queensland Airports where he served as Corporate Finance Manager and was in charge of long-term forecasting, managing shareholder and bank relationships, and providing board reporting to AMP Capital.
He will collaborate with Dowling at AMP Capital on future transaction activity, client relationship management, and asset management strategies for the airport portfolio.

As a partner, head of retail valuations Australia, Hanna Clarke has joined the team in Sydney.

Katherine Moss has transferred from Savills, where she spent three and a half years as Director of Worldwide Occupier Services, to Knight Frank.
Moss has almost 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, both in the UK and Australia (both in Sydney and Perth). She began her career in capital markets before working as a tenant representative and transitioning into occupier services.
