How does your project stack up against the best of the best? Expressions of interest for the 2020 Property Council of Australia / Rider Levett Bucknall Innovation & Excellence Awards are now open.
Each year, Australia’s most prestigious property awards showcase iconic and innovative projects, and the visionary investment shaping cities and creating vibrant new communities.
RLB has proudly partnered with the Property Council to present the Innovation & Excellence Awards program since its inception in 1982.
“The Property Council of Australia / Rider Levett Bucknall Innovation & Excellence Awards are an important platform to recognise and reward the people and companies building great cities and communities for all Australians,” says the Property Council’s chief executive, Ken Morrison.
This year’s winners in 20 categories hailed from around the country.
We celebrated Australia’s first engineered timber office, International House Sydney, Perth’s newest destination, Elizabeth Quay, and the Adelaide Convention Centre’s “business tourism success story”. We applauded a sustainable office in Canberra, a heritage restoration in Melbourne, a brilliant mixed-use development in Brisbane and a bespoke office retrofit in Geelong.
And now we’re ready to do it all again in 2020.
If your project has been operational for at least one year as at 31 December 2019, complete an expression of interest form by Friday 30 August 2019 to start the awards submission process.
Don’t forget to mark Friday 5 May 2020 in your diary, when the industry’s best and brightest gather at the International Convention Centre Sydney for the property industry’s night of nights.
