Property is… an exciting industry to be a part of.

I choose to work in property because… I am drawn to the tangible nature of the asset class and the fast pace of transactions that take place in the sector.

I describe my job to friends and family… I work with our clients to develop and execute leasing strategies and broker leasing transactions between landlords and occupiers.  

My three workday essentials… My team, clients and occupiers.

My typical day at work… My day typically starts with an early morning call or team meeting. Following this I’m usually out meeting with clients and prospective occupiers and working closely with the team to find solutions.

My most valuable skill… Listening – to both clients and occupiers to clearly understand their objectives and how the team at JLL can help achieve them.

My biggest career lesson… Learning different markets and the commercial drivers of multinationals operating across Asia Pacific through my previous role as a transaction director with JLL in Singapore.

My childhood dream… To become a fighter pilot.

My downtime is spent… When I get a longer break, I love to travel.

My next big step… TBC
