Buyers are now taking up residence at Greaton’s mixed-use apartment project, Oxford Central, in the north-west Sydney suburb of Epping, following its practical completion earlier this month.

Delivered by construction partner, Ceerose, the project’s twin 17-storey towers – named Centrale and Vista – feature 251 premium apartments, as well as 292 car spaces and 625sqm of ground level retail.

The project is Greaton’s first completed in Sydney, after the delivery of its first project, West Franklin – a 272-apartment development, also set across two towers in Adelaide’s CBD – in February this year.

Established in 2011, Greaton has $2 billion worth of development projects in the pipeline, including The Ribbon on Sydney’s Darling Harbour, which will incorporate a 25-storey hotel development and new premises for the IMAX theatre.

Nicho Teng, Greaton’s managing director, says Oxford Central’s completion represents an important milestone.

“It’s been a big year for Greaton with the completion of these two major projects – 2019 represents the culmination of years of planning, negotiation, collaboration and maintaining stringent quality control over all areas of our projects.”

Edward Doueihi, managing director of Ceerose, emphasises the contribution the project has made to the local area.

“We employed over 1,700 workers from various trades during the construction process, with approximately 350 workers on site every day that were predominantly from local companies,” Doueihi says.

Home to an estimated 700 new Epping residents, Oxford Central is strategically located at the epicentre of the NSW government’s re-development plans for the Epping town centre.

Oxford Central was designed by international architectural practice Marchese Partners. Amenities include an open-air café area and public plaza, and apartments enjoy panoramic views to the Sydney CBD, North Sydney, Chatswood and the Blue Mountains.

“We’re really looking forward to meeting our neighbours and becoming part of a thriving new community,” Soppa says.

“With Epping Train Station just 150 metres away, Oxford Central residents will be some of the best-connected people in Sydney,” Greaton’s national sales and marketing manager, Cameron Porter.

“Thanks to the new Sydney Metro North West, our buyers will have access to CBD train services every four minutes during peak periods.”
