“We’re thrilled to welcome these top tier brands to Rosebery Engine Yards, a unique space that celebrates its industrial past in a modern and sustainable way. Their presence underscores Goodman’s commitment to providing well-located spaces that meet our customers’ needs and benefit the wider community.”

Architecturally striking and cleverly refurbished, the property’s raw heritage character has been thoughtfully enhanced – providing a uniquely historic backdrop. It revitalises an old industrial space, and supports circularity by reducing, recycling and reusing existing resources.

Kori Todd, Head of Design for Goodman said “Rosebery Engine Yards is a great example of the benefits of adaptive reuse and the value repurposed buildings play in the sustainable development of Australian communities”.

“It not only demonstrates significant environmental benefits, but has enhanced the local landscape, and contributed to the Rosebery community identity. Our goal was to preserve the unique industrial character while integrating modern elements. The result is a harmonious blend of old and new, providing an inspiring environment for retailers, workers and visitors.”

Goodman aims to achieve a 5 Star Green Star Design and As Built v1.3 rating with this development with key sustainability features including rooftop solar panels, LED lighting, EV charging bays and rainwater retention for landscape irrigation.
