Future Cities Summit: 25 June, Hilton Sydney

Now in its second year, this dynamic and disruptive one-day event will unpack the big picture trends, complex urban issues and innovative ideas transforming our cities. Among the confirmed speakers is New York-based futurist Ben Hammersley, who spends his time helping corporations and governments to think clearly about the future.  The writer and presenter of BBC’s ‘Cybercrimes with Ben Hammersley’, Ben was the executive editor of tech magazine WIRED, a war correspondent in Afghanistan, a pilot and wilderness medic, the author of five books, and the inventor of the word ‘podcast’. The Property Congress, 28-30 October, Hobart

The nation’s number one property conference is heading to Hobart in 2020 as we tackle the biggest issues driving property development, investment and growth. Among the confirmed speakers headlining this year’s conference is former Ambassador to the United States, Joe Hockey, who will share his insights into trade, geopolitics and the White House. National Retirement Living Summit, 23-25 November, Gold Coast
