EY tells us this should support many tens of thousands of homes over the next decade.

Could have been as many as 160,000 homes with our original proposal but a pragmatic view puts that in the rear view mirror for now.

As a nation, we have to give housing supply a chance. That means pulling all the levers across every level of government and every part of the living sector, as well as sending up a bunch of welcome flares for overseas institutional investment in the coming years.

Touch wood, a press conference today will give this the Senate heft it needs, among thirty other bills jostling for position, noting parliamentary delays at this time of year are as plentiful as stars in the Milky Way…
