The Property Council has always been an organisation which has a clear plan for the future.
At last month’s Property Congress we unveiled our new Strategic Plan 2022-25, designed to chart the Property Council’s future over the next three years.
It’s a strategy developed over a six-month period, with significant input from our Board, Division Councils and our staff team.
The plan sets out five key goals to achieve to 2025 and a series of clear strategies to help us achieve them. These are:
- Powerful advocacy – a strengthened ability to influence public policy outcomes in each jurisdiction.
- Thought leadership – shape the key public policy challenges facing the industry.
- Social impact – a respected industry with a strong social licence to operate.
- Project Great – high quality member services which deliver deep value for members.
- Our people – a compelling employee experience that attracts, retains and develops our talent.
- Strong organisation – an organisation which is robust, resilient and fit for purpose.
These strategies rest on three foundations: members are at the heart of everything we do, an organisation with a clearly defined purpose, and our enduring values which underpin our work.
