Property Council of Australia’s Inclusive leadership mentoring program
A cross-industry leadership and mentoring program to enhance a culture of inclusion across the sector
This initiative aims to support a diversity of talented, aspiring leaders (mentees) to progress their career while enhancing the inclusive leadership capabilities of all participants (mentees and mentors). It combines informal and formal sessions between mentees and mentors with a structured and interactive program of events and workshops over six months.
This year for the first time, both men and women will be invited to participate as mentees. Given the original intent of the program to increase the female leadership pipeline, we will continue to expect a strong representation of female mentees as well as providing all emerging leaders the opportunity to develop inclusive leadership skills and experience the benefit of this impactful program.
The formal sessions facilitated by Serendis provide career, leadership and mentoring development frameworks to drive the mentoring conversations as well as broader skill development of the participants. In addition to the facilitated sessions, six to eight one-on-one sessions between mentee/mentor pairs are recommended over the course of the program. For more information see here

Obstacle Limitation Surfaces (OLS) which is a main area of focus for the organisation, is a form of protection established by the aviation industry to protect airspace that if penetrated could compromise the safety, efficiency or regulatory of aircraft operations.
If you work in the construction industry as a developer, builder, architect or crane operator – chances are you may be familiar with this concept or term ‘OLS’ and might like to know more. AVLAW Consulting provides insights and news through their website on a range of matters, you can read more in the blog here and on their website here.
