This course equips people with the skills to establish and develop their own property trust.

Participants learn from industry experts and will develop an understanding of the best practice methodologies for making investment decisions, investment criteria, asset value-add strategies and relevant legal frameworks.

With real-world case studies and practical application of knowledge, the course is delivered over three days in a collaborative classroom environment and includes a group project where teams pitch their fund idea to a panel of industry experts.

Property Asset Management Expert can be taken as a standalone course or as part of the Property Asset Management Industry Diploma.

This course is delivered as a three-day series of face-to-face classroom sessions. Learners can ask questions, build their network and problem-solve with industry peers.

    • Structures for holding property: legal issues, due diligence and portfolio constructin
  • Day 3: Prepare your confident group pitch and present to the panel
    • Apply the learnings from the previous two days and prepare your group presentations to an industry panel.
