Overview

With the aim of empowering learners with the skills to enhance asset value, this course is for people who would like to extend their asset management knowledge and learn the skills to develop a more strategic approach to property asset management.

Based on real-world case studies, the syllabus helps learners understand different options for how to increase asset value. Delivered by industry experts over three days in a collaborative classroom environment, the course focuses on enhancing participant’s understanding of the investment environment, repositioning assets for sale or redevelopment and exploring how to achieve highest and best use for assets.

The course includes a group presentation to a panel of industry experts.

Property Asset Management Advanced can be taken as a standalone course or as part of the Property Asset Management Industry Diploma.

Format

This course is delivered as a three-day series of face-to-face classroom sessions. Learners can ask questions, build their network and problem-solve with industry peers.
