Overview
Advancing the skills learnt in Operations and Facilities Management – Part 1, this three-day course takes participant knowledge to the next level.
Expanding on topics such as: sustainability, project management, contract law, tenancy churn and fit out, investors, capital expenditure, benchmarking, future trends and business writing, learners will gain new technical, operational and stakeholder management skills – all in the context of operations and facilities management.
This course forms the second part of the Operations and Facilities Management Industry Diploma.
