Overview

This course gives learners an overview of the thriving industrial and logistics sector (I&L) and supply chain, including how the growth of e-commerce is redefining warehouse operations, the importance of location for manufacturing and delivery, and consumer behaviour.

The self-paced online course will enhance participants’ understanding of the complete supply chain and relevant impacts across the I&L sector.

Comprising approximately eight hours of work that can be completed over six weeks, this course forms the first part of the Industrial and Supply Chain Industry Diploma and can also be taken as a standalone course.

Format

Self-paced, online course to be completed in the participant’s own time. There is a six-week allocated period for completion of the work (approximately eight hours).
