Overview
Coaching is increasingly being recognised as a critical tool for managers to help develop their people and teams. Our 2.5-hour virtual Coaching Conversations masterclass teaches leaders how to coach, when it’s appropriate and how to best use coaching conversations to help unlock people’s potential.
