Overview

Coaching is increasingly being recognised as a critical tool for managers to help develop their people and teams. Our 2.5-hour virtual Coaching Conversations masterclass teaches leaders how to coach, when it’s appropriate and how to best use coaching conversations to help unlock people’s potential.

Learners will enter the virtual classroom and be guided through the process by an expert instructor, and will leave with plenty of practical, take-away tips to implement immediately.
