Young guns share their experience

The final Queensland Future Directions event of 2015 saw three young professionals who have spent their careers in the fast lane, share their secrets for excelling in the property industry.

Mr and Mrs G Riverbar was the scene for the Q&A panel, moderated by Future Directions Committee Chair – Riye Arai-Coupe (Senior Development Manager- Mirvac), where the young industry leaders generously shared their experiences and insights about making it to the top of their game.

Adrian Spence and Ingrid Richards co-founded Richards & Spence Architects in Brisbane in 2008 with the aim of choreographing vibrant public spaces from private commissions. Richards & Spence were featured as an emerging practice at the 2011 National Architecture Conference, were invited speakers at the Australia & New Zealand Student Architecture Congress, Newcastle, 2013 and were on the retail discussion panel in Lisbon, Portugal for the 2015 Monocle Quality of Life Conference.

Daniel Erez, Director of Newground Property has already chalked up over $1b in property transactions. Daniel’s years of executive level business and property industry experience have placed him in great stead to oversee the operations of the entire Newground business, extending from Australia to Asia. From site origination to settlement, Daniel’s experience of working closely with his executive team to ensure each project’s and each client’s key objectives are met was the source of some terrific insights for the guests.
