Yeppoon Heritage Rail Precinct
Queensland Government has called for expressions of interest in the renewal of Yeppoon’s heritage rail precinct, Station Quarter.
The 2.4- hectare site, located in Yeppoon’s central business district, incorporates the repurposing of the heritage railway building and platform, while enhancing community facilities and open spaces.
Economic Development Queensland (EDQ) is seeking expressions of interest from the private sector to incorporate opportunities for residential, commercial and retail spaces, and deliver a boost to the economy.
EDQ has been working closely with Livingstone Shire Council and the local community to bring the Station Quarter project to fruition.
The invitations for expression of interest will be open from Friday 14 September 2018 and will close Monday 29 October 2018.
Visit the QTender website to enter an expression of interest.
