Welcoming the new Illawarra Regional Manager

The Illawarra Chapter of the Property Council welcomes the appointment of Jancey Malins as the new Regional Manager. Jancey joins the Property Council with experience as the Policy Manager of the Illawarra Business Chamber and as a consultant in Economics and Policy with PwC. She was raised and educated locally and brings a passion to see the region thrive and prosper.

“The recent boom in public and private sector investment in Wollongong CBD and the strong growth in property values across the Illawarra means it is a really exciting time for the region. I am thrilled to see the growth and building confidence in our beautiful and diverse region.

“I am excited to work with the highly motivated and passionate Illawarra Committee members to continue to drive innovative ideas to grow the region, and to provide a strong voice for an industry that is responsible for creating more jobs than the mining and manufacturing industry together across Australia.”
