Welcome Simon and Graham

The Property Council would like to welcome Simon Barry and Graham Richards to the WA team.

Graham Richards has taken on the role of WA/NT Commercial Director.

Graham was previously the Commercial Manager with the Housing Industry Association and BlueScope Lysaght in Perth.  In addition to a strong understanding of membership organisations, Graham brings a range of skills to the Property Council, including financial reporting and sales. 

He has a Commerce Degree from Curtin University and is a keen sportsperson, having represented WA in Athletics.

Simon Barry is WA’s new Policy Adviser. Simon has policy experience, having worked at the Australian Hotels Association and the Housing Industry Association in WA.

Simon has a BA in Political Science and Industrial Relations as well as having a law degree and an admitted Solicitor of the Supreme Court of WA.
