We would like to formally welcome new Associate Member Property Exchange Australia (PEXA) to the Property Council of Australia, WA division.

PEXA is digitally transforming buying and selling property. After 1 years in paper, property transactions can now be completed electronically. Sellers no longer have to wait for cheques to clear before they can get proceeds of their sale. Buyers can be registered on title almost immediately, not weeks later. Join the millions of Australians who have benefited from using PEXA to buy and sell property.
