Our members are at the heart of what we do and are fundamental to every aspect of the Property Council. On behalf of all the team at the WA Property Council office, we are delighted to announce and congratulate the following member moves and news.

New Members 

On behalf of all the team at the WA Property Council office, we are thrilled to welcome the following new members: 

 

Member News 

Curtin University has successfully financially closed its Student Accommodation deal. The $300+ million deal will deliver 1,0 units of student accommodation together with retail and commercial space. 

Paxon Group structured the deal as a DBFO that blends a merchant and economic Public Private Partnership model. This is the first of its kind in Australia!

Perth Airport and global travel retail giant Dufry have taken the wraps off a multi-million-dollar revamp of the airport’s duty-free outlets – with Western Australian produce as the centrepiece. Read more:https://bit.ly/2Zs8146

In the lead up to International Women in Engineering Day,Wood and Grievehave put a spotlight on some of the impressive and inspiring women at WGE who are helping to #TransformTheFuture. Member achievements 

The Property Council congratulates the following members on the announcement of their special achievements! 

Congratulations to Scott Bellerby for winning the Essay Award at the Strata Community Association National Award. This award recognises a person of influence who shares their insight, innovative ideas and knowledge through a 1000-word essay on a current topical strata issue. 

Congratulations to Kate Whytlaw from JLL, Sharon Yap from Altus Group and James Phelan from CBRE Asia Pacific who are all celebrating their work anniversaries this week.
