New Property Council President in WA: Tony Perrin

It is my great pleasure to inform you the Property Council elected a new Western Australia Division Council for the next two years.

At the Annual General Meeting Tony Perrin, General Manager Residential, Frasers Property Group was elected WA Property Council President. Tanya Trevisan, Chief Operating Officer, TRG Properties and Scott Nugent, Development Manager, AMP Shopping Centres were elected Vice-Presidents.

Tony has been involved in a variety of property development roles for over 25 years including residential, mixed use, retail, commercial and industrial projects.

Currently General Manager Residential WA for Frasers Property Group, he is leading an expansion of several large mixed-use developments involving a range of private and government stakeholders.

Tony replaces Chris Palandri, who successfully led the Property Council during a period of much change.  Chris provided terrific leadership and guidance to the Division Council, members, and executive team which was greatly appreciated.  Chris will stay on Division Council as our immediate Past President and Honorary Treasurer.

Special thankyou to M-L MacDonald for her outstanding work and guidance as Vice President over the last two years.  M-L remains on Division Council. 

We would like to acknowledge the significant contributions of retiring Councillors:  Roy Gruenpeter (Scentre Group) and Lee Pinkerton (Cape Bouvard) for their outstanding contribution on Division Council. Lee previously served two successful terms as President.

Following the AGM, the WA Division Council now comprises: Tony Perrin – Frasers Property Group (President), Tanya Trevisan- TRG Properties (Vice-President), Scott Nugent – AMP Capital (Vice-President), Chris Palandri – Multiplex (Treasurer & immediate past president), Col Dutton – Stockland, David Ockenden- Lendlease, John Williams – JLL, Julian Lodge – Primewest, Karen Dill-Macky – EY, M-L MacDonald- Masonic Care, Damon Dimitrijevic – Scentre Group, Peter Beekink – Lavan, Richard Kilbane  – Hawaiian, Ronald Chan- Finbar, Ross Robertson- Perron Group, Paige Walker – Mirvac, Kylee Schoonens – Fratelle Group, Michael Barr – ISP.
