Victorian Diversity Sundowner: Unleash Your Niche

Over 100 industry professionals joined Andrea Clarke, CEO, Career CEO at the Inaugural Sundowner Series event partnered by Frasers Property Australia, an initiative developed through the Diversity Committee.

The initiative is designed to bring the industry together through a series of free of charge events.

Andrea captured the audience as she shared her four key life lessons – follow your instinct, embrace vulnerability, forecast, adopt a flat management approach, and get comfortable with confrontation – that she has learned throughout her incredible journey. From arriving in Washington DC with no job and no money and building an extremely successful career to reporting from the battle lines in Iraq amongst panic and gunfire, Andrea’s insights were relatable and very refreshing.
