The Draft Uniform Subdivision Guidelines Consultation and Implementation Plan was approved by Cabinet in November 2014 and since then, then the Uniform Subdivision Guidelines Stakeholder Management Committee has met to progress the establishment of Uniform Subdivision Guidelines.

The management committee meets approximately every 4-6 weeks and is tasked with:

(a) reviewing standards for the proposed guidelines; and

(b) determining how Government will implement the guidelines, maintaining the guideline and addressing ‘exception to the rule’ scenarios.

 

The final Uniform Subdivision Guidelines will be provided to Cabinet for approval prior to implementation.
