Urban Utilities has announced changes to their developer fees and services for the 2022/23 Financial Year.
On 1 July 2022, some developers should expect a fee increase in accordance with all other non-utility charges and market comparisons.
Urban Utilities has reported that prices for all other services will remain unchanged from the supplier rate changes that were announced in February 2022.
There has also been a consolidation of some services and amended terminology for others to assist integration with their new digital applications Portal.
These four new services are offered from next month:
- Construction over Asset Referral
- Construction over Asset Amendment Request
- Sewage Pumping Station Environmental Licence, and
- Express Property Search
Infrastructure charges are also anticipated to change in July 2022, more information on these changes is to come shortly. You can access the 2022-23 Developer Customer Price List (Effective 1 July 2022).
