Update of LVC schedulesThe Chief Minister has signed an amendment to update the commercial LVC schedules, commencing 1 July 2015.The relevant instrument is the Planning and Development (Lease Variation Charges) Amendment Determination 2015 (No 1) (DI2015-205) which can be found here: http://www.legislation.act.gov.au/di/2015-205/default.aspThis instrument updates the previous list of commercial and industrial codified LVC charges in DI2011-198 (Schedule 3): http://www.legislation.act.gov.au/di/2011-198/default.asp
