Unit buyback legislation – let us know your views

The Retirement Living Council is interested to further understand how unit buyback legislation impacts retirement village operators:

• If your state has buyback legislation – how this has impacted your business?
• If your state doesn’t have buyback legislation (or has buybacks that can be avoided) – what would be the impact on your business if buybacks were introduced and/or made more stringent?

We are asking all members (including village operators and those who provide advice to operators) to complete online survey here to provide these views.
